April 2010 - Scott Malvern leads the Dunlop MSA Formula Ford Championship in the Cliff Dempsey Racing run Ray GRS10 at round 3 Oulton Park after intense competition from Scott Pye in the Mygale. Jordan Skinner takes a win in his Ray GRK10 at the Avon Tyres FF1600 Southern Championship round at Silverstone.
March 2010 - The inaugural Bert Ray Memorial Cup is announced for the revived Champion of Brands FF 1600 meeting on July 17/18 supporting the World Touring Car Championship in memory of the founder of the category's longest running active manufacturer. Motorsport News. Date changed to 22 May.

05 December 2007 Ex Formula BMW and Formula Renault contender Chris Holmes was amongst drivers testing the latest works Ray run by the Raysport team at Silverstone for the British Formula Ford Championship 'Sampler Day' for the coming season.
04 November 2007 Peter Dempsey won his second Walter Hayes Trophy at Silverstone (the biggest formula ford race of the year) in his Ray GR05 after winning his heat, semi final and then taking pole position for the final. Neville Smyth in his Ray GRS07 made fastest lap in the final. On the podium an emotional Peter dedicated his win to Bert Ray thanking him for his help over the last two years.
26 October 2007 Ray Formula Cars founder Bert Ray died following a long illness. Bert created the longest established Formula Ford chassis maker still winning races with his values of integrity and commitment to customers. Sympathies and condolences go to the Ray family. Bert Ray, Engineer, Constructor, Champion and Friend 1939-2007 RIP.
21 October 2007 Alan Crocker in his Ray FF 71 wins first in class at the Classic FF race at Nurburgring, was second in class at Monza and first at Dijon in September whilst Nick Tandy takes victory at Brands Hatch in the Formula Ford Festival in his Duratec Ray 07 (Ray's first Festival win) plus Keith Dempsey wins the Festival Kent Final in his Ray GR06
12 August 2007 - Nick Tandy wins 2 out of 3 rounds plus fastest lap of the British Formula Ford Championship at Silverstone in his JTR Ray GRS07

24 May 2007 - RaySport 2002 works driver Alx Danielsson tested a pair of Renault F1 cars at Silverstone last Friday as his prize for winning the 2006 Renault World Series.
April 2007 - Freddie Hunt, son of 1976 world champion James, makes his formula ford debut in a Ray GRT07 at Donington Park, Nick Tandy wins in his JTR Ray at Brands in the British Formula Ford round whilst Alan Crocker races his Ray 71 in the CFFC Formula Ford series at the Jim Clark Revival meeting at Hockenheim.
